a) Micronutrients-

b) Macronutrients-

- Fats are generally known as secondary energy. Fats are acquired through many mediums of foods such as fish, dried fruits, etc. To attain a healthy lifestyle, it is a must to feed with healthy fats which are also helpful in protecting heart health by lowering and vanishing cardiovascular diseases such as cholesterol and other cardiac unwellness.
