Maintaining a proper nourished diet is quite important and necessary for both men and women living in a society. A well-implemented nutrition plan is all you need to get healthy both physically and mentally. A nutrition deficit may cause many problematic diseases and organ damages such as liver toxicity, diabetes, cancer, and other chronic illness. Whenever we are planning to set up a good diet or a nutrition plan, we generally look upon the components of both micro and macronutrients. Let’s see one by one below briefly.:

a) Micronutrients-
It consists of the essential vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes that are mostly needed for the proper functioning of the human body. It consists of vitamin A, B, C, D, E, K, and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, etc. Micronutrients are very much taken regarding protecting organs and functions of the human body.

b) Macronutrients-
It comprises Proteins, Carbohydrates, and Fats.

  • Proteins are the building blocks of muscles. The main function of Protein is to develop lean muscles by cutting down fat to attain quality muscles. It also helps to preserve and maintain muscles especially in the scenario of when you are losing fat.
  • Carbohydrates are the energy fuel in muscles. It is stored in muscles in form of glycogen. The main role of this nutrient is to transport and fill the glycogen levels which are necessary and important in performing any kinds of physical activities.
  • Fats are generally known as secondary energy. Fats are acquired through many mediums of foods such as fish, dried fruits, etc. To attain a healthy lifestyle, it is a must to feed with healthy fats which are also helpful in protecting heart health by lowering and vanishing cardiovascular diseases such as cholesterol and other cardiac unwellness.
